Who to contact

MEPFlow is operated by Abbas Dharamsi in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Questions about personal information, access, correction or deletion can be sent to abbas@mepflow.ca or through the Contact page.

Information you provide

When you create an app account, the signup form requests your name, email address and password. Authentication is handled through Supabase. Do not send your password through the contact form or by email.

When you use the app, project names, design inputs, layouts and saved module data may be stored with your account. Uploaded drawing and project information can contain personal or confidential material; only provide material you are authorized to use.

The contact form requests your name, email, reason and message, with an optional company name. It stores the request, a reference number and its receipt time so it can be handled. Email correspondence is handled through the MEPFlow mailbox.

Trials and payments

MEPFlow stores trial dates, access status and subscription records to provide the trial and manage access. Stripe processes subscription payments and payment-card information. MEPFlow stores Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and billing status; full card numbers and security codes are handled by Stripe, not stored in the MEPFlow project database. Stripe receives the account email and billing details needed for checkout, receipts and subscription management.

How the information is used

We use account and project information to provide access, save and reopen work, operate the service and investigate reported problems. We use contact information to handle and respond to the request you submit. Submitting a support question does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Limited technical and usage information helps us understand which pages and tools are useful, investigate failures and protect the service from misuse.

Website analytics and browser storage

The public website uses Vercel Analytics and a first-party event counter. The counter records the public page path, event type and server time for events such as page visits, calculator interactions and signup-link clicks. It does not store calculator input values, email addresses, IP addresses or a persistent visitor identifier in that event table, and it respects browser Do Not Track.

Hosting and service-provider logs are separate from that counter and may contain technical request information. The app uses browser storage or cookies for functions such as account sessions and local preferences. Clearing that storage can affect sign-in and locally retained work.

Service providers and location

MEPFlow uses Vercel for website/app hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments and subscription management, and Microsoft Outlook for email. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

The configured primary Supabase database region is Canada (ca-central-1). Hosting, email and supporting infrastructure may process information in other locations. This notice does not promise that all information stays exclusively in Canada.

Access, retention and your requests

Account/project records and correspondence may remain in the service until removed through available controls or a verified request. Backup and operational records can have separate retention. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup when an active record is removed.

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information or account. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request. We will explain any information that must be retained and the available options. Use a short description initially rather than sending identification documents or confidential drawings.

This page will be updated when the described practices materially change. Check the date above and contact Abbas if a practice or setting is unclear.
